Role Description

This is a remote VOLUNTEER role for a front-end developer at BlueWave Labs. As an FE developer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of building and maintaining web application user interfaces.

This includes collaborating with the design team to implement responsive web designs, ensuring the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Qualifications

• Front-end development and web development skills
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Reactjs experience
• Understanding of SQL
• Proficiency in responsive web design
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with back-end web development is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the design team to implement responsive web designs.
• Building and maintaining Web application UIs
• Implementing responsive Web designs with JS and React.js
• Integration of frontend and backend components.
• Utilize version control systems such as Git to manage codebase changes, collaborate with team members, and ensure code quality
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and remotely, managing tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines, and effectively communicating progress, challenges, and solutions to the team.
